Placing an order online, costumer reserves the right for ordered products until it is shipped or picked up personally at our store. Customer is commited to pick up ordered products within 15 days from the date of ordering at Jezerska cesta 122b, 4000 Kranj, Slovenia.
Once we receive the order confirmation email the contract is accepted by us , and we will start the delivery process. We reserve the right to change shipping prices without prior notifications. If your country is not listed in shipping options please contact us and we will try to find a shipping solution for your country.
WITHDRAWAL BY COURIER
The withdrawal by courier, is to be understood in the name and on behalf of the end customer who is committed therefore to accept the delivery charges as reported at the time of order and control of the integrity of packages upon arrival of the goods at their homes. Delivery times may be delayed , but not due to our will , as well as the arrival times that without our liability shall be subject to weather conditions , road conditions, any holidays etc….
